Frost Shield is an organic, micro thin protein propolymer used as an aid to prevent freeze and frost damage to crops.

Frost Shield forms a protective coating on the plant and fruit. It protects in three ways:

1. Masking of nucleation sites - form a physical barrier between bacteria and moisture to prevent ice crystal formation
2. Insulation of plant tissue with a protein blanket
3. Reduce moisture stress which reduce ethylene synthesis

Frost Shield will not wash off with less than ten inches of rain after drying 4-6 hours prior to wetting.
